1:ORDERS
How long will it take to receive my order?
All standard orders are sent via courier, as these are bespoke handmade products the lead time could vary, and will on average be dispatched within 2-3 weeks and can take 3-5 days for delivery.
If you need something a little more urgent, I would be happy to discuss this to see what I may have in stock to speed up delivery.

As these are handmade bespoke bags, the lead time could vary, please allow 2-3 weeks for this item to be shipped.

3:GIFT SHIPPING
Can I order your items as a gift?
Yes you can make a request to order an item for a gift. In the orders section, you can tick the box that says gift. There is also a text box for you to write a message.
This will be nicely wrapped up for your loved one, and we will email the receipt to you, and send them a gift receipt.
4:RETURNS
Can I cancel or change my order?
You cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed as processing begins immediately, however you can return your order for a refund once it has been received.
If returning order that is not damaged but no longer want, it can be refunded if delivered back as sent out. Full cost of item will be refunded except for postage. Refunds accepted up to 14 days after product purchased.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
All my orders are wrapped with the utmost care and carefully wrapped in tissue paper and then surrounded securely with eco-friendly loose fill. However, accidents do happen in transit. Please let me know within 48hours of receiving the item with images of the packaging and product and I will happily send a replacement.
